We find more and more often that our customers have different expectations and requirements for how quality management is applied - how processes are controlled and how the quality achieved is documented - and we seek to fulfil all such expectations and requirements. We call this 'customer-designed (or adapted) quality'. What that means in practice is that we already handle a range of expectations and requirements for quality and quality management. This can involve anything from SPC with reports sent to the customer, AQL, measurement reports from out Zeiss measurement machines, to the customers who simply want the product sent to them in the quality specified.
We are always happy to show new and existing customers around our factory, so that they can see how committed all our employees are to providing the right quality and documentation.
