Worms and drives:

One of our specialities is the manufacture of worms and drives. We produce from prototype to mass production and prefer to work closely with the customer on development of the item.

Thanks to our in-house production of worm gears, we have extensive expertise and know-how in this field.

We produce worms and drives fully automatically and with automatic deburring up to module 3.5, with max. diameter of 60 mm.

After HRc 58 heat treatment, we shell mill to grinding quality 6, which is fully documented.

​

We produce worm wheels up to 150 mm in diameter.
